I wanted to shout out the ladies of @umdkd for the incredible Gala for the Girls they put on last weekend. In addition to it being a lot of fun for the Girl Scouts involved, it was also great for my daughter to meet so many young women who give back to their community and support the next generation of girls. It was wonderful to see how much she admired them all. (Upon leaving my daughter immediately asked when we’d see her new friends again.) It’s a blessing to live in a city where we can benefit from the example set by students like these.
…Plus we ended up with like three new claw clips and brushes from the event. And you can never have too many of those.

A pretty perfect day on Chapel Field 🐾☀️

Students from across the FSL and campus community came together for @betaumd and @umdkd’s Barks & Bites benefiting @terpsraisingpups 🐶💛 With iced coffee, cookies, and nearly 10 pups soaking up the spring weather ΒΘΠ and KΔ brought plenty of smiles to Chapel Field.
