A few of our amazing junior and senior leaders in the @umbusiness at @montevallo shared their UM experience with freshmen in my GB 101 classes. These students discussed their internships and other work experiences. They also offered valuable tips and advice about things they’ve learned in college (sharing these later). I’m extremely proud of each of these students and grateful they volunteered to pay it forward to our awesome freshmen! These students are going to do great things! #montevallomeansmore #montevalloprofessor #professor

@marvinpoweryoga will lead GloYo and we can’t wait!!!

Mary has been teaching yoga for about 6 years now! Completed her RYT 200 in 2021 at a wonderful Nashville studio, Shakti Yoga. Mary is extremely excited to teach this upcoming class at Montevallo, especially because her first yoga experience was at Montevallo, and so very happy to be returning as a teacher this time. “We're gonna have a great time together moving, breathing, and trying to balance as we glow in the dark!”
