POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
At @offscreen_paris, Valentina Furian presents « Capriccio » (2026), a sculptural constellation of moving images inspired by monumental fountains. Monitors display human faces, animals, plants and fragments of classical sculpture, forming a dynamic ecology of relationships. The work extends Furian’s ongoing investigation into interspecies relationships, domestication and the coexistence of human and more-than-human forms. Presented at the Chapelle Saint-Louis de la Salpêtrière, it engages with the site’s historical and symbolic layers while questioning representation, perception and the unstable boundaries between nature and culture, body and image, presence and absence. Furian’s practice, rooted in moving images and time-based installations, explores the evolving relationship between human beings and the natural world. MILANO ❤️ Opening tomorrow 22.9. / 6–9 pm at UNA @una_galleria New works from my ongoing series The Call of the Void, 2026, as part of: AMELIA Beatrice Alici, Lula Broglio, Anaïs Horn, Amalia Vekri With a text by Chiara Nuzzi @cn_cocoon UNA Milano via Lazzaro Palazzi 3, Milano. Intercom 1001 The exhibition runs through October 3, 2026 + until October 31 at UNA Piacenza. The estranging spaces Anaïs Horn reveals through her images — vintage auction catalogue photographs depicting isolated interior objects and furniture, altered by the artist through experimental material interventions — conceal both her obsession with painting and her need to reclaim a domestic sphere shaped by social conventions. Transformed through gouache and varnish, the images welcome spectral female figures – presences moving through temporal strata saturated with meaning. Horn plays as much with omission as with inclusion; nothing escapes her gaze. Chiara Nuzzi The Call of the Void, 2026 found photograph, gesso, gouache, varnish, museum glass, glass or wood, aluminium all 24 × 30 cm Details from: Judith, 2026 steel shelving, antique and vintage keys, magnets, selected works from the series The Call of the Void, variable dimensions.
