The last few sessions in London were some goodens 🥲🫡 FTP PB of 332 watts and a great run shared with @hannah.fitter and my old man. Lots of ERGs (shock) and some more CrossFit bits to dust off the cobwebs. Unbelievable 4.5 years here… next stop Aus 🫶🏼🇦🇺

FTP Test 🚴🏽‍♂️⚡️📈 Max output in 20 mins on the C2 bike (average watts). I’ve been building to this for the past 7 weeks, prioritising these FTP progressions and I’m buzzing with the score! Had a goal of 320 watts and patterned it with a 332 watts and a 41 watt PB from last time 🔔 about 80kg b/w so 4.2x Negative split and averaged 1:41.7/1000m for the 20 mins #ftptest

July training so far 📈 Into week 3 of programming and slowly upping overall volume. Up to 4 hours easy ERGs, 2 thresholds sessions and 25km of weekly running at the moment. Slowly building 🧱🧱 Lesson of the week: Keep consistently stacking decent 7/10 days.

Two weeks on from the HYROX World Championships. Now the race seasons complete it’s time to reflect on an unforgettable experience. Competing against the best in the world was an incredible opportunity, that I feel so grateful to have been a part of. It’s a reminder that all the early mornings, tough training sessions, sacrifices, and setbacks are part of something much bigger than race day itself. A huge thanks to my friends, family, and the @unbeatabletraining team for all their support throughout the weekend, it meant so much to have you there. And thank you to @niketraining for the incredible support, and surprises which made the World Championships an even more special experience. Now it’s time to take on the learnings, refocus, and start building towards the next season. @unbeatabletraining @niketraining @nikelondon @oneldnclub @hyroxworld

High-performance environments are fascinating places to work. Last week I had the opportunity to lead Nike’s physiotherapy team at the HYROX World Championships in Stockholm. Throughout the week I worked alongside an exceptional mix of clinicians, Nike trainers, agencies, creatives, event teams and colleagues, each bringing different expertise to support the athletes. Across the event, every conversation and every decision seemed to come back to one simple question: “What do the athletes need?” Whether it was treatment, recovery, movement, mindfulness, logistics or adapting to the next challenge, everyone contributed in different ways towards the same shared purpose. It reinforced something I see in the strongest teams. High performance is created when talented people trust one another, respect each other’s expertise and combine their strengths in pursuit of a common goal. Thank you to Nike, HYROX and everyone involved for an exceptional week. I’m leaving Stockholm with fantastic memories, new perspectives and an even greater appreciation for what can be achieved when people unite behind a shared purpose. The 2026 World Championships As always, what a privilege. Having the opportunity to race against the best in the world in any sport is never taken for granted. X 3 back to back races representing my country Pro Solo - 59:51 - 20th AG Pro Doubles - 52:33 - 6th AG Mixed Doubles - 55:37 - 10th AG Just falling short of a couple big goals leaves nothing but more motivation. Taking some rest before hitting a fresh block of training.

Class of 25/26 🌐 @nikelondon x @oneldnclub Grateful for the last 12 months with the trip to WC to round it all off🙏 🇸🇪 thank you to everyone involved Frustrated I spent most of it with knee flare ups and then a hip stress fracture taking out 4 months to top it off… However, the body is now feeling the healthiest it’s been in a long time so I’m thankful for that and moving towards the next set of goals! 🫶🏼
