We stopped by the Empower Center on the UNC campus. We just wanted to tell everyone to have a good workout!!

But then this happened... We got our workout on Lol.

Thanks to staff and student staff for joining in on the video..

FACTS:

The Empower Center, inaugurated in February 2022, is the University of Northern Colorado’s state-of-the-art sports performance facility, designed to enhance the training experience for over 400 student-athletes. Spanning 10,250 square feet—more than double the size of the previous weight room—

The Empower Center stands as a testament to the university’s commitment to building champions for life, providing student-athletes with the resources they need to excel both on and off the field.

Huge shoutout to Coach Jenna Knudson from UNC for stopping by our open gym! Coach Jenna and Coach Carson coached against each other at the Division II level, and now they’re both back home in Colorado.

We appreciate Coach Jenna taking the time to visit and spend time with our program! 🏀

It takes a village to build a CHAMPION! Amazing energy this week at @unc_bears speaking to Women’s and Men’s Basketball and Women’s Swim & Dive. We discussed alignment, self-awareness, stress management, and the power of community. Thanks for having me! 🐻✨

7 clinics. 2 months. 850 students. 6 school districts.

Flag football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse. All in Title 1 schools, and we leave the equipment behind so the game keeps going after we drive away.

A coach wrote to say her girls were still raving days later. A kid asked if we could come back tomorrow.

That is what Youth Sports Giving Day pays for. Matching dollars are live through Sept. 15.

Move IN Day‐----------->
🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚

Officers had a successful day setting up their safety tent in the Turner Green area.

Officers gave out safety tips, registered bicycles for students and provided them with U-locks.

We teamed up with TCBY and they provided families and students with free frozen yogurt. We are thankful for their generosity and providing students with coupons and frozen yogurt, thank you so much...

HOT 🔥🥵 but fun day... we snapped a few pictures, we even caught a couple students playing the new outdoor piano by Holmes Dining Hall..

Go Bears, and welcome all new and returning students.

If you need anything we are available anytime at 970-351-2245 or in person at Gray Hall 1813 8th Avenue Greeley. East of Gunter Hall..
