3 exercises to add into your #legday routine…

1.) Pendulum Squat; an absolute killer of an exercise that will take your squat game to the next level. Not only does it target the quads; but based on your foot placement you can also target the hamstrings and glutes; you can also target the calves using this machine but you’ll have to come see me @thegymdfs to get in on that secret 🤫

2.) Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts(RDLs): The Romanian deadlift is a fantastic way to teach lifting from the hips and legs instead of the back, which results in greater booty gains. There are very few exercises better at building size, strength, and power in the underdeveloped leg and butt muscles and butt muscles – erector spinae, gluteus maximus, hamstrings, and adductors.

3.) Walking Lunges: Walking lunges are great for building the quads, glutes, and adductors. They also have benefit for training the stabilizers of the legs and hips and can have carry over to sports and real-world scenarios.

For more tips and tricks shoot me a message or come and see me for a free consultation @thegymdfs Monday-Friday!
