There is a fire that comes from within. 🔥 Weeks later, the energy, lessons, connections, and moments from the Shaweh Conference are still burning bright. What an experience it was to gather, grow, and be reminded of the power that lives within us. A little late to the recap, but some moments are worth the wait. ✨ Music : @officialmaddierey Video: @thahumbleking #SHaWehConference #ConferenceRecap #ThereIsAFireWithin

One thing about being a great MC? It’s all about crowd control, especially with a lively and mixed crowd!!! That was exactly the case when I took the mic at the unforgettable wedding of Joy and Daniel. From the moment the music dropped to the final toast, the energy was electric. We had it all: non-stop dancing, hilarious games, clever jokes, and yes... a little playful roasting of our cherished guests (all in good fun, of course😅) It was one for the books—and I was honored to help bring the vibes! 🎙️WOLO | We Only Live Once They told us “one puff won’t hurt” But the streets know the truth they won’t confess. From high to helpless, from party to pain— Addiction doesn’t knock; it invades. This is not just poetry—this is a mission. To awaken a generation numbed by the silence. To say loudly: you are more than the bottle, the pill, the needle. You were made for purpose, not poison. 🎬 Watch the official WOLO video—where verse meets vision, and healing begins. Tag someone who needs to hear this. Let’s break the cycle. Because we only live once… but we can choose how. #WOLO #SubstanceAbuseAwareness #WeOnlyLiveOnce #HIVAwareness #KDBPoetry #PoeticHealing #MentalHealthMatters #SayNoToDrugs #SpokenWordHealing #WOLOmovement

🎬 Today was powerful. I had the opportunity to record the visuals for my spoken word poetry “We Only Live Once” a piece dedicated to HIV awareness and substance abuse prevention. What felt like an impossible task came to life with grace. Special thanks to Zee Science aka Uncle Sam Serving Rice @unclesamservingrice for playing the role of a homeless man battling addiction, reminding us of the urgency to save lives. Endless gratitude to IsFanny @talk2gabby , my visionary director, for pouring his heart into every frame. I deeply thank Gerony @gerony_az @gerony_bornblack for taking the initiative to record the official WOLO song. Special thanks to our Big Paps from shelter who willingly volunteered to be in our video. And to anyone who volunteered to be in our video, from my mouth to God’s ear “God bless you” This is more than a video — it’s a mission. A mission to awaken, to educate, to heal. 🧬 The official video drops soon. This is not the end. It’s just the beginning. All we ask is your support. #WeOnlyLiveOnce #WOLO #HIVAwareness #SubstanceAbusePrevention #SpokenWord #HealthAdvocacy #KDB #SaveHumanity #ComingSoon
