💰 TAX TIP: THE IRS 50/50 CUSTODY RULE 💰

Did you know? 👀 If you and your child’s other parent share custody equally, the parent with the higher Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) generally wins the IRS tie-breaker rule!

📌 Here’s how it works:
✔️ The IRS counts the actual number of nights your child lived with each parent during the tax year.
✔️ If your child lived with you for more nights, you’re generally considered the custodial parent.
✔️ If both parents have an equal number of nights, the parent with the higher AGI generally wins the tie-breaker when both parents qualify to claim the child.
✔️ Form 8332 may allow the noncustodial parent to claim certain child-related tax benefits if the requirements are met.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Having the higher AGI does NOT automatically mean you can claim every tax benefit. Head of Household and the Earned Income Tax Credit have separate rules.

💼 Don’t guess when it comes to your refund. Know the rules and file correctly!

From the moment I walked through those doors, I knew I was gonna fuck with y’all real heavy. And you’ve done nothing but prove me RIGHT ever since.

Thank you for always having my back, believing in what I’m building, and continuously showing up for the community. Y’all are genuinely some of the realest people I’ve met in this industry, and I’m grateful to call you not just colleagues, but friends.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: SHOW POSTPONED 💔

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the postponement of my upcoming show due to safety concerns.

This was not an easy decision to make, especially knowing how much love, excitement, and support you all have shown me. I was truly looking forward to sharing an unforgettable night with everyone, but your safety and well-being will always come first. No performance is worth putting anyone’s life or safety at risk.

To everyone who purchased a ticket, please know that all ticket holders will receive a refund. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, disappointment, or changes this may cause to your plans.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. I never take your love for granted, and I promise that when the time is right, we will come back together and make it a night worth waiting for. ❤️🙏🏾
