Reminder that @uncsa has not yet issued a statement regarding the judgment in the college alumnae lawsuit that was handed down by the North Carolina Industrial Commission in July. The NCIC concluded that the university’s current chancellor, Brian Cole, neglected to properly enforce Title IX policy against the former director of the opera program while running @uncsamusic

Congratulations to the dancers of UNCSA’s Fall Dance on closing a beautiful run!

Here’s something we love: the full casting and credits from the production are already documented on GhostLightDB, so every student in it can see their performances on the record from day one of their careers.

That’s the idea: a dancer’s work, captured and lasting, right from the start.

Working on preparation à la seconde with BFA Senior Grace Butler. This semester, the seniors who already certified in Pre-Primary - Level 3 of the ABT National Training Curriculum, are on to Levels 4 and 5. What a treat for both the college students and the Preparatory Dance students to work together on the curriculum! Onward and upward! 🩰

🌟ANNOUNCEMENT 🌟

I am so excited to announce that I will be attending UNCSA for the 2026–27 season!! I can’t wait to start this next chapter! And I look forward to what is to come.

With much gratitude I want to thank @coomerclassique for your endless support, instruction, and encouragement throughout my training. Ms. Eva, I wouldn’t have been able to get here without you. You have given me so many memories and opportunities that I will cherish forever. I feel so blessed for everything you have done for me!

I also want to thank @beyond_the_barre_studio for being the place that made me fall in love with this art form. I am forever grateful for every performance, every opportunity, and all of the time you have poured into me, it means so much!

I will miss everyone so much, and while I’m nervous for this new journey I am so excited for all that is ahead and I’m ready to see where this next chapter takes me! My heart is so full!! 🤍

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11 💌

See you soon UNCSA!!! 🥒

Another of Lilith and Andrew that was just simply sublime. Love Andrew’s placement and mood and Lilith brought them right connection and emotion.

Love love love this moment with Lilith and Andrew; not just the form but their connection in the movement. It extends off camera as well. They were such a joy to have in the studio and the way they interact is simple happiness. Thank you for a wonderful day!
