Sisterhood meets sweat. 💪✨

This week, Jewish for Good's Group Fitness team hit the road and brought the energy to UNC-Chapel Hill, where members of Sigma Rho Lambda — UNC’s Jewish-interest sorority — joined us for a high-energy HIGH Fitness class led by Group Exercise Instructor Brooke.

Founded in 2003, Sigma Rho Lambda creates space for women at UNC to connect through Jewish identity, sisterhood, philanthropy, and community. And judging by the smiles (and the cardio), this crew brought all of that and more to the workout.

Want to move with us next time? Our Group Exercise schedule includes HIGH Fitness and more — and 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗝𝗲𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲. 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻.
