Im in this mindset of being un-deserving of a lot of things. I've met a lot of people over the past 9 months. Ive lost close friends. Been intimate with people, allowed myself to be vulnerable. All these things are new to me.
.
Im trying to allow myself more time to relax and rest. But its not going to plan. Im starting to eat healthier to see if this helps me in the long run. Ive lost about 2 stone, and my body feels better for it. But I still feel like im not enough, its something im working on behind the scenes. Its a long process as a lot of you will know.
.
Work is keeping me busy and occupied. Its a good ground to have. Lot of people go on holiday or party, do drugs. Me I work. For days and days. Until I feel like I need a break. Maybe I need a better way to stimulate myself. This weekend we're off to Trax in the BMW. Not on stand but just for the day out.
.
I'd like to thank everyone who has been there for me, a lot had gone on that people arent aware of. Good and bad. And some issues still ongoing. I've made some big mistakes. And im working on making sure these things never happen again. An experience I never thought I'd have to go through. Took a lot from me. I never thought someone could do that to a person. But here we are.
.
This year has been eye opening in the sense that I know exactly what I was going forward. What/who to avoid. Its hard to see things when you are in rhe middle. But once you get out. And you talk to the close people around you, that you realise that maybe you wasnt to blame. I'm not perfect, never will be. But I deserved more. My needs should be met as much as the next person's.
.
New start. New people. New life. New me. As much as I hate change with adhd and asd. Its 100% needed and I recognise it. So for you who want to stick around. I respect that. Ones who don't I appreciate the time and effort you have made and ill see you on the flip side.

When im riding nothing matters. You are alone in your mind. Its so complex riding. It allows my busy mind that peace and quiet it needs.
