Being a teacher, I love books that have disability representation! This is my go to book! It shows kids that we are all different and also talks about genetics! You can use it for any grade level and adapt it! You can do so many lessons with this book!!! Please check this book out!! It is also available online as well!!! Today, I was honored to be asked to speak at Green-Fields Elementary School about physical differences! The students are learning all week about different differences! It was truly amazing to tell them part of my story and about dwarfism!! I loved every second of connecting with the students! Thank you so much Mr. M for having me! This year marks 15 years ago I made the decision to join the gym. It’s been worth every single penny, sweat drop, muscle ache and more.

January 1, 2011 ———> January 2, 2026
15 years of hard work!
My top 5 things to make it work!
1. Consistency
2. Exercise
3. Set small goals, be motivated, understand your “why”
4. Diet
5. Rest and recover

PS: Facebook loves to remind me every January 1st how far I have come.

I love showing others what each one of us is capable of. I had the opportunity to demonstrate to my fellow little people peers other ways to use a resistance bands besides legs and booty! #mindset #unstoppable

The countdown to Baltimore is on! I am excited to announce I will be hosting 2 workshops at our national Little People’s convention.
- One workshop will be a discussion and lecture will be about exercise modifications, diet tips & tricks, and overall health and fitness! I have over 13 years of knowledge to share.
- One workshop will be a workout demonstration! This will be a bodyweight/ primal movement type workout. Come dress to move.

Back in 2016 I filmed an amazing two-part documentary that follows 2 morbidly obese little people during their long, arduous journey to lose weight called Big & Little on @tlc.
It was one of the best times of my life knowing I helped two individuals drop weight and get healthy.
The show still airs periodically and can also be found on several streaming services. I know Apple TV has it. Check it out if you need something extra motivation.
Did you see it back in 2017? I know it has played around the world. I appreciate the continued support.

I never take a good selfie so this was a shock! Like never does this happen! I kept looking at this picture thinking that can’t be me. I have never realized what beauty meant to me or what it looks like until recently. I don’t wear makeup everyday and that’s okay with me. I believe we need to realize that there are different definitions of being beautiful and we need to change how we make people feel about themselves. I am beautiful in my own way.
