Today was a little reminder that balance doesn’t have to be all or nothing. 🤍

I wasn’t planning on having a drink, but after spending the afternoon with two good friends, I decided to order one.

I drank about half, enjoyed every sip, laughed a lot, and that was enough.

Health is just about eliminating- it’s about listening to my body while still enjoying life.

Today, half a drink and great company was exactly enough. CHEERS ✨🍹
