I’m absolutely thrilled that my new single, “U BTFL,” has finally hit the airwaves. 🎉 This track holds a special place in my heart, as it’s been a journey years in the making. Originally conceived during a collaboration with my friend @schlepp.geist back in early 2020, the melody and essence of “U BTFL” were born. However, due to a number of circumstances, the project was put on hold. But the spark ignited by that initial creation never dimmed. It resurfaced in various forms, including a variation on my 2022 album “Harpagan House on Sad Polka” titled “Beautiful,” though it never quite captured the essence I yearned to convey. ✨ “U BTFL” is an ode to a unique and unconventional form of beauty. It’s about embracing oneself in a way that defies societal norms and expectations. This track is a celebration of individuality, confidence, and the freedom to exist without fear of judgment or categorization. Through numerous live performances and iterations, “U BTFL” has evolved into its fullest expression, embodying the notion that ideas worth spreading are worth pursuing until they manifest themselves in their ultimate form. I couldn’t be more proud to share this last piece of U BTFL journey with you all, and I hope it resonates with anyone who dares to embrace their own unique beauty unabashedly. ✨🎶 The single’s now out via @underthetrees.ofc / @tanzgemeinschaft and you can listen to it using the link in m bio. XOXO
