In my ongoing quest to find a compression top that doesn’t make me want to rip it off in under five minutes, @underworksf2m generously gifted me their firm compression racerback chest minimizer — and oh my god, I’m in love.

While it doesn’t offer the extreme compression of a traditional binder, the level of compression is significant enough to feel incredibly euphoric for me. I love how I look in it, and even more importantly, I can wear it comfortably all day without issue.

If you’re looking for an everyday compression top, I highly recommend this one!

📋1️⃣: “Downloadable PDF”

Bind Safe is an informational hub and video series promoting safe binding practices, education around the basics of gender dysphoria, and additional resources for youth, parents, medical professionals, and allies.

Kyra Shenker approached us almost a year ago with the vision for this important project, based on their own experiences trying to navigate safe binding without readily available resources, or support from the medical community.

Thanks to funding from the Community One Foundation, creative support from our incredible Bind Safe team, we were able to make this a reality.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be releasing all of the videos, educational resources, and stories from this project. The above resource is an educational PDF, which includes general tips on binding, as well as a list of additional resources for continued learning and support.

It is available to download directly from www.bindsafe.ca.

Please share widely with anyone you think could benefit. As Dr. Weisdorf put so simply: “Binding is healthcare.”
