every last thing at flo is an extension of me. ✨

it’s the creation of what I wish existed, and our retreats are no different…the wellness oasis retreat is equal parts deep work, whole person wellness, and fun girls trip in miami.
i am returning from this retreat feeling so grateful that i get to do this with @yuliyaa and that we get to create these experiences together for such special girls.
I also leave feeling immense love for every single girl that I had the honor of holding space for and sharing this truly special weekend with- my true lucky girls 🫶
thank you, thank you, thank you.

I wanted to capture a scene of people lounging so comfortably, literally sprawled out on mats, embodying pure relaxation in the photo.

It’s not much about evolving as it is about remembering who you are, where you’re from. It’s about distancing yourself from the illusion and walking towards truth.

Yoga reminds us. The asanas quiet the noise, so the mat can serve as the stage of connection amongst body, mind and soul.

YTT 200-hr completed - thanks @jaiwellness with Nicole and @alvar0esteban for sharing your knowledge and thank you beautiful ladies for all the moments shared.

Relembrar
