One of the most unique experiences we had in Atlanta! 🌿✨

We got to try the Southern Essentials & Spice Making Class with @unexpectedatlanta, and it was SO much fun! 🤎 We loved getting hands-on, learning something new, and creating our own spice blends to take home!

If you’re looking for something a little different to do in Atlanta, definitely check them out! They also offer a variety of walking tours where you can explore the city, discover hidden gems, learn about Atlanta’s history, and experience the local culture!

Such a fun way to experience Atlanta beyond the typical tourist attractions! Highly recommend adding them to your itinerary! 🍑✨

We’re proud to partner with @invest_atlanta, with support from @cityofatlantaga and @andreforatlanta, to invest in the small businesses that make the Municipal Market what it is. ❤️

When life is coming at you as fast as the speed of light, slow down with a cooking class!

In the midst of a busy work day, I snuck off and went to the biscuit and pimiento cheese cooking class hosted by @unexpectedatl to take a break from the noise, learn more about the history of food in Atlanta and the south and eat GOOD!

What's something new that you learned that can help you care for your creative and mental health?
