It’s the start of my Studios in Southwest series! 🤍

Sharing Pilates studios across Southwest London that I go to and think are worth a visit.

If you’re looking for your next local studio obsession, or a new reformer class to try on a Saturday morning, save this one for your next class!

Studios and details below 👇🏻

The vibe: Light and airy reformer space upstairs, with a warm, earthy mat studio downstairs.

Goji @gojilondon

The vibe: Who knew a mirror on the ceiling was exactly what I needed during a reformer class?

Unfurl @unfurlstudios
📍 Earlsfield
Classes: Mat Pilates, yoga, barre and meditation
The vibe: One of my go-to spots for a 7:30 am class before work.

Point Pilates @pointpilates

OCTOBER PILATES 🍂🤎🍁🎃

I’m so excited to share my October schedule! Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your mobility or simply make some time to move and reconnect with your body, I’d love to see you in class.

✨ Serenity Space, Wandsworth — 1 hour
A balanced Mat Pilates class incorporating mobility, balance, strength and stretch. We’ll move mindfully, build strength and finish with time to slow down, stretch and realign.

✨ Unfurl Studios, Earlsfield — 45 minutes
A similar mindful approach, with a little more focus on strength, stability and control. A 45-minute class designed to challenge you while still giving you time to move with awareness and connect with your body.
Whatever your level, I’ll always encourage you to work with your own body and take the options that feel right for you.

I’d love to see you on the mat this October! 🧘🏼‍♀️

We’re super excited to announce that Caroline (reception, year 2) from Cultivated Calm in partnership with Unfurl will be running another yoga evening at school.

Those who came last year will attest to what a peaceful, restorative evening it was by candlelight in the school library.

All proceeds from ticket sales and a donation from Unfurl will go directly to the PTA as well as an additional 10% of product sales on the night.

Ticket link is as follows:
https://buytickets.at/beatrixpotterschool/2443067

Tickets will be limited due to space in the library so book now to avoid disappointment.

All abilities welcome & we’d love to see some dads there too!

Thank you 🙏

Good afternoon with the team @mindxsole 🧘🏾‍♂️ @thehermsway Thanks for having me down, really enjoyed it.

Good to take a break from the lifting and running, switch things up and throw myself into something new. Definitely a different challenge, but a fun one 🤝🏾
