I first visited Heritage Museum & Gardens in 2010 with my daughter’s Daisy troop, and I’ve been returning ever since — for concerts like the Toe Jam Puppet Band, ever‑changing indoor and outdoor exhibits across the grounds, the sold‑out annual holiday spectacular Gardens Aglow, and countless hours of play in Hidden Hollow. It’s a place that keeps growing, surprising, and inviting people in. This year, I’m honored to be part of their Opening Day celebration, offering a creative‑reuse collage activity for all ages. I’d love to see you there.

The Grip in Fall River is looking for vintage/y2k/ pre-loved in- store clothing vendors for move in June 1st.

The Grip is a curated used clothing shop that specializes in Y2K, Near Vintage, and Vintage clothing. We are 733 square feet of weird. Located on the first floor of the Anawan Mills in Fall River.

Rent is month to month and booth spaces range from $160-?? Depending on your preferred size.

I am sitting on the floor of The Grip texting @toadletwoodle and letting the nostalgia seep through my fingertips.

Growing up I didn’t think I would make it to 18 years old. If I were to… I only had two goals in life.

- have my own apartment
- own a goth store

Last February I moved into my own apartment crowning myself Princess of New Bedford. Barely making it work off my depop wage.

This February 14th I have a store front opening (not goth but weird enough) with my good friend @unclepr1ncess .

I am so stressed. It’s a mess, the floors are gross, I need more hangers, I feel like I am not happy with my inventory, and we open in two days.

But right now, laying in fetal position on the grip floor, I am allowing myself to feel grateful and proud.

I am grateful for the community I’ve built.

I am so proud of my friends.

I am proud of myself for not giving up. I am grateful for my self expression.

I am grateful for Maddy.

I am grateful for the AS220 bathroom.

I am 20 years old and so scared but I am happy and I really really really never thought I would be okay.

Thank you for watching me and buying my stuff. Thank you for showing up to my vending events. Thank you for caring.

I will see you at The Grip and if not I will love you endlessly from afar.

The picture is from my old room in my parents house. That circle rack is in The Grip right now. I always knew this would happen so I bought huge fixtures to put in my “future store”

Thank you to my mama and dad for putting up with my hoarding and 90s goth tag blabbering.

Now I sound like I’m accepting a depop Grammy. But just feeling crazy.
