More than a workout. More than a playlist.

These are the things I’ll always pursue as an instructor:

Presence. Connection. Energy. Excellence. Growth. Encouragement.

Not because I’ll do them perfectly every time, but because every person who walks through the doors deserves my best.

That’s the UNION standard. ❤️‍🔥

I took a big pause when I came across this photo today. 🥹

This was UNION before there were windows, doors, bikes, a sign… or any of you guys. 😭

It was just an empty space and an idea that we were crazy enough to believe could become something really special.

And then you guys showed up.🙌🏼

And kept showing up.🫶🏻🫶🏻

And somehow, that empty space became a place filled with music, sweat, laughter, tough workouts, high fives, friendships and SO much energy.

I’m so grateful for every person who has ever walked through those doors and will continue to do so. Truly.

So if you’ve been meaning to get back in the studio…
if you’ve been waiting for the “right” time to start…
or maybe you just need a little reminder to get your butt in a class this week…

THIS IS YOUR SIGN. 😉
(Well… technically there wasn’t a sign yet in this picture. 😂)

Get Back to U with us this week!
Brian and I will see you at UNION. 💙❤️🧡💛

Plot twist: I’m stepping into something NEW. 👀💗

Five years ago, I walked into @influential_bwn during a season when I desperately needed to believe bigger about my business again.

And I did.

I’ve had a front-row seat to women scaling businesses, opening new locations, tripling revenue streams, making powerful connections and finding answers because they were willing to get in the right room.

Now I get to help make that room BIGGER. 🌎

I’m officially partnering with @leigh_moss_ , founder of Influential BWN, as we take this incredible network DIGITAL and open it to women everywhere.

And y’all… I am SO excited about what we’re building.

If you’re a woman in business who is ready to grow, scale, connect and DREAM BIGGER…

You may want a seat in this room. 🔥

Membership isn’t open yet. But the email list gets FIRST dibs when the doors do. 👀

The room is getting bigger. 🌎

You’re welcome. 😏

For the playlists that make you forget you’re working out.
For the coaches who know your name.
For the community that feels like family.
For the high-fives, the sweat, the laughs, and the friendships.

UNION is more than a workout. It’s a place to belong.

We’ll see you in class. ❤️

There is something beautifully vulnerable about the moments right after a hard workout. The physical armor comes down, the walls drop, and our nervous systems finally step out of “fight-or-flight.” You’ve arrived back in your mind.

It’s in that exact space, when the noise clears, that we are biologically wired to be our most open, empathetic, and connected selves.
Because nourishing your body goes hand-in-hand with nourishing your relationships, @thetablerelationaltherapy is partnering with @union_cycle for a morning of movement, grounding, and real connection.

Sweat it out on the bike, and then meet me at the table. Here is what is waiting for you:

THE DETAILS
    • Who: UNION x The Table Relational Therapy
    • Where: UNION Cycle & Strength
    • When: Sat, June 27 | Pre-class chats before classes | In between classes

AT THE TABLE
    • Fuel Up: Grab a free nutrient-dense trail mix to replenish your body after the ride.
    • Connect & Win: Scan the QR code at our table to enter our Date Night Raffle (perfect for you and your partner, or your best friend!).
    • Grow: Claim a free, zero-pressure 15-minute relational consultation.

You just put in the work for your physical health, so let’s take a few minutes to celebrate your relational health.

Book your bike, show up exactly as you are, and let’s connect. 🤍
