One year ago today, we wrapped production on Oat Milk, my first short film. 🎬

Looking back on those days of filming, I’m reminded of how much I learned, how many experiences shaped me, and how many things I would approach differently today. Making this film has been an education in itself, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring it to life.

Now, a year later, I’m excited to finally share our new poster and announce that Oat Milk will be coming to YouTube on November 1, 2026.

But before the release, I’d love to give you the opportunity to watch it early.

Sign up for early access through the link in my bio, and I’ll send you a private viewing link ahead of the public release, along with a few additional materials from the making of the film.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported this journey so far. There’s more to come. 😬

OAT MILK — November 1, 2026. 🎞️

Lanterns Season 1 finale review: why HBO’s Lanterns works without a big action showdown. The finale is quiet and character-driven. It focuses on John Stewart (Aaron Pierre) and Hal Jordan (Kyle Chandler), and on what it means to carry a role you never chose.
Lanterns is a superhero series that puts psychological struggles ahead of costumes and special effects. It explores parenthood, legacy, forgiveness, sacrifice, and what it’s like to be Black inside institutions built by and for white people. John Stewart is also reportedly set to appear in next year’s Superman: Man of Tomorrow.
Did the Lanterns finale work for you? Tell us in the comments, and follow for more HBO, DC and superhero TV breakdowns.
