Imagine being so well-known that your family starts calling you "Senator," and then people in your town nickname you "Mayor." Well, that's the story of Senator Greene! 🤝

Senator has always made every person he meets feel seen, even from his time on the soccer field. He continues to let his personality shine as a Publix employee, a role he's had since 2018.

His kindness is a testament to the fact that he's never let his autism or speech diagnoses define what he can accomplish, even after eight years of searching for the right college program before finding CarolinaLIFE.

One thing's for sure: if you ever meet Senator, he'll be the first one to say hello. 👋

Our family’s journey is in the latest issue of Uniquely You Magazine, a publication celebrating special needs families, advocates, and the people changing their communities through inclusion.

Welcoming Cecil Williams - local adventure seeker and motivational speaker to "Kyle Pease Day" at Training Think Tank on March 15th.

🏋️‍♀️ Cecil is an adaptive athlete, motivational speaker, and disability advocate who uses sport and adventure to inspire others to chase their dreams and push past perceived limitations. Living with Ataxia, he trains and competes in adaptive fitness, endurance events, and adventure sports—from Spartan and Deka trifectas to road races, rock climbing, cycling, and adaptive snow skiing—sharing the message that “anything is possible” when you commit to the work.

🏋️‍♀️ Through his platform @theadventuresofcecil he speaks at events, supports disability advocacy initiatives, and leads by example in the gym and on the course, emphasizing mindset, resilience, and community for fellow adaptive athletes.

🏋️‍♀️ His experiences include National Championships in US OCR (Obstacle Course Racing), rock climbing, and ParaCycling as well as marathon and cycling challenges, and collaborations with American Adaptive Fitness, reflecting his role as both an athlete and an encourager to others facing adversity.

The weight we carry is often invisible.

This month, our story was featured as a reminder that caregiving is both beautiful and heavy. It is hope and heartbreak. It is love in action.

Love Your Story was born out of that reality. Out of long NICU nights, redefining motherhood, and learning that you cannot be a full time caregiver for your child if you are not also caring for yourself.

We are grateful to share this journey and to honor every family walking a similar road. Your story matters. Your presence matters. And you do not have to carry it alone.
