Our latest batch is now live on the site and over the next week they will be in stores tagged also. We have carefully selected these to match what we are trying to do here at Pattern. These coffees are great for filter or espresso, everyday. Your daily sweet spot. Enjoy 🤍

It's not every day that a Colombian farmer drops in to the roastery unexpectedly!!!

Oliverio Vilafaña, is one of the indigenous peoples from Sierra Nevada in the North West of Colombia.

It was an honour to show him where all of his coffee is warehoused, @theroastworks, where we roast it, and to be able to serve him a cup!

Over 60% of the coffee in our Natural, Sierra Nevada Regional is supplied by Oliverio and the remainder by other indigenous farmers. You can get it exclusively @tomsyourlocal and @awakennorthcoast.

Thank you to our great friends @arcadiagreencoffee for bringing Oliverio up to see us!

It’s been a wee while since we shouted about a new release…

Introducing Kimabara, the first of a traunch of new coffees just arrived!

As you know, we’re always big fans of Kenyan coffees in the roastery, and Kimabara is a prime example of why. 🇰🇪

This washed lot from Nyeri in Kenya’s central region is full of juicy blackcurrant and tangerine, with an assam tea body.

BTW, it’s an AA for the little that that matters… 😉

Available right now on our website. Link in bio! #staydialled

🌟 Member of the Month: Emma! 🌟
She kicked off summer strong and hasn’t slowed down since! As a bonus, she scored a free coffee from our awesome neighbors Unit5 Coffee because hard work deserves a little extra fuel! ☕🎉

Superb Emma, don't stop the great work!

We are over the moon with this result as she was up against the top brewers in the country!

We want to thank everyone who took the time to join us live and we apologise for bad signal and bad camera work by my lol

Thank you so much for the guys who worked tirelessly to make it all happen!

We had beer, pizza, great tunes and awesome MC’s who kept us entertained lol

We will be back again and I believe next time round there’s a good few of us looking to give it a go 😜

Also a first visit to Feast in Rostrevor!

Many return visits to @neighbourhood.cafe - wondering how often you need to visit before it starts becoming a habit!
