Who is she?

Her name is Lala. She is Head of Coffee at Baristica, a Q Grader, and a Professional Coffee Trainer in Azerbaijan.

She has been in the coffee industry since 2018 and holds SCA certifications in Barista Skills, Brewing, and Sensory Skills.

She has trained with coffee professionals from different countries.

At the 2025 World Brewers Cup in Indonesia, Lala worked as a sensory trainer on finalist Alireza Razzaghzadeh's team.

She served as the Head Organizer of the ACC 2025 Championship by Baristica.

She has also judged coffee competitions, including Comandante 2025 and was invited to join the judging panel at this year’s AeroPress Championship.

Today, Lala is one of Azerbaijan’s professional coffee specialists.

SOUND HEALING Session at @unitedcoffeefest ✨

On the second day of the festival, we had the pleasure of creating a special Sound Healing Session — a space to slow down, reconnect, and simply be present through sound, vibration, voice, and music. 🎶✨

It was a beautiful experience to bring the healing power of sound into such a vibrant festival atmosphere.

And a warm thank you to our partners at @push30.az for their support and for helping create all the necessary conditions for the session, making the experience comfortable and welcoming for everyone. ✨
