For Players By Players

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This weekend, UFL players will compete in the championship United Bowl.

But one of the most important victories for players across the league happened recently off the field. Players organized a union, negotiated with the league, and won better pay and health coverage.

Before the big game, check out our conversation with former NFL and UFL players, who break down what those changes have meant for the professional football players of the UFL.

Last weekend, we were on site with the UFPA (United Football Players Association) for UFL player orientation, connecting with athletes as they prepare for the upcoming spring season.

Moments like this matter. As players navigate a pivotal point in their careers, our priority is to ensure players eligible for The Trust understand the benefits they’ve earned through 2+ credited NFL seasons and how we can support their goals beyond the field.

Our time there wasn’t just about sharing resources. It was about building relationships with players and with UFPA leadership, and laying the groundwork for continued collaboration within this growing league.

The result: meaningful conversations, increased awareness, and stronger partnerships that position us to serve players better now and in the future. #TheTrust🔑

I turned my mission into a movement.

Through Mental Healthletics, I work with elite athletes and powerful organizations to tackle the toughest opponent many face in silence: their own mental health.

As a Sports Psychiatrist and someone living with a mental health condition, this work is personal.

God blessed me with ADHD - not as a setback, but as a setup. A setup for purpose. A setup for impact.

Now, as an internationally recognized ADHD Expert, I help others not just survive - but thrive. On and off the court. On and off the field. On and off the spotlight.

This is what full circle looks like. 💫
