FROM THE BEGINNING OF MY REIGN TO THE END… GOD WAS WRITING A STORY THAT DISPLAY HIS GLORY 👑✨🙏🏽

When I began my journey as Miss Unity World USA, I was facing challenges that tested my faith, my strength, and my determination. I experienced difficulties walking, spent 8 months on bed rest, and had to wear a medical boot. There were moments when the journey seemed impossible, but God never left my side. ❤️‍🩹

Who would have imagined that the same woman who struggled to walk would one day walk across an INTERNATIONAL STAGE and finish her reign as MISS UNITY WORLD AMBASSADOR? 🌎👠👑

What people may see as a crown, I see as a testimony. What people may see as a walk across a stage, I see as a reminder of every prayer, every tear, every setback, and every victory God brought me through.

I didn’t just finish my reign with a new title; I finished with a testimony that reminds me that God can take you from a place of pain and position you in a place of purpose! 🙌🏽

📖 “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” — Luke 1:37 (KJV)

My journey is proof that your current situation does not determine your final destination. I started this reign not knowing how I would overcome my struggles, but I ended it standing in the fullness of God’s grace.

FROM BED REST TO THE INTERNATIONAL STAGE. FROM MISS UNITY WORLD USA TO MISS UNITY WORLD AMBASSADOR. FROM STRUGGLING TO WALK TO WALKING IN PURPOSE. GOD DID THAT! 👑🔥

My reign has ended, but my testimony will live forever. All glory belongs to God! ❤️🙏🏽

💜 Dr. J is BACK! 👑

Here's your mental health reminder: Movement matters!

Depression can make it difficult to get moving, but even small steps can support your emotional well-being.

Get up, stretch, take a walk, dance, or simply move at your own pace.

Remember, our greatest wealth is our mental health!

Keep moving. Keep growing. Keep RISING! 💜

SHE DIDN’T STOP. SHE WENT GLOBAL. 🌍👑🔥

Imagine being a girl from Houston, Texas, with BIG dreams… and one day seeing YOUR FACE on an international judging backdrop in INDIA! 🥹

My FIRST experience as an International Pageant Judge for Unity World was truly a full-circle moment!

From interviewing extraordinary women from across the globe to sitting on an international judging panel… I had to remind myself, GIRL, LOOK AT YOU! ❤️

And here’s the message I hope someone takes from this:

✨ Life doesn’t have to be perfect for your purpose to be powerful.

You can be navigating challenges AND making history in your own life.

You can be healing AND achieving.

You can be facing uncertainty AND walking confidently toward your dreams.

Don’t let what’s happening AROUND you stop what’s happening WITHIN you.

The dream is bigger. The purpose is greater. And the story is STILL being written!

From Houston to the WORLD… and baby, we’re just getting started! 🌍👑

💚 World Mental Health Day 🌍

Healing begins when we create safe spaces for people to feel seen, heard, and supported.

As a mental health professional, advocate, and suicide attempt survivor, I know firsthand that asking for help is strength, not weakness.

Through my work with Xhale Healing and Wellness, United We Heal, and Modified Chicks, I remain committed to breaking stigmas, empowering communities, and creating spaces for healing.

💚 You’re only as resilient as your support system. When we unite, we heal.

Houston confidence meets Indian royalty! 💃🏽

One of my favorite experiences in India was having the honor of modeling this breathtaking traditional bridal lehenga.

The craftsmanship. The intricate details. The elegance. Every inch of this ensemble was a WORK OF ART! 😍

There’s something magical about embracing the beauty of another culture while bringing your own confidence, personality, and a little Texas swag to the runway!

Different cultures. Different traditions. One universal language: BEAUTY, CONFIDENCE & EMPOWERMENT. 🌍

India, thank you for making me feel like royalty. ❤️

And to the designers around the world creating wearable masterpieces… consider this my love letter to fashion. Let’s create something beautiful! ✨

The world is my runway. 👑

🏆 Of all the moments I experienced on the international stage, this one means the most. ❤️

Winning the BEST ADVOCACY/Interview AWARD at Unity World Pageants is an honor that goes far beyond a crown, sash, or title.

My advocacy isn’t something I do just for pageantry. It’s the work I pour my heart into every single day. From breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and advocating for suicide prevention to creating safe spaces, empowering women, and serving underserved communities through my nonprofits, @unitedwehealinc and @modified_chicks And my partnership with @afspmaryland

As a three-time suicide attempt survivor, I know firsthand the power of having a voice, a purpose, and a community that refuses to give up on you.

To have that work recognized on an international stage reminds me that impact is greater than any title, and purpose will always be bigger than a crown. 👑

I didn’t start this work to win an award, but receiving this award reminds me why I started. ❤️

You’re only as resilient as your support system.

Here’s to continuing the work, amplifying voices, and creating spaces where people can heal and thrive. 🌎✨

My advocacy video for the internationals advocacy/interview area of competition. Representing my work with @unitedwehealinc @modified_chicks @afspnational

Advocacy is so close to my heart , the interview round is my favorite area of competition it’s where you get to have a regular conversation about you, your advocacy and how that pairs with the system and their mission. It’s authentic and true reflection of a queen!!

👑 A Crown, A Calling, A Journey.🇺🇸✨

This moment is more than a beautiful dress, a crown, or a title. It is a reminder of how far faith, perseverance, courage, and purpose can carry you. Every step behind this picture represents a story—of challenges overcome, dreams pursued, and doors opened at the right time.

I’m learning that the crown isn’t just something you wear; it’s something you carry—with grace, humility, responsibility, and gratitude. 👑

Standing here with my journey beside me, I’m reminded that when you walk in purpose, every destination becomes part of the testimony.

And now, with a grateful heart, I look forward to passing this crown to another beautiful queen who will proudly represent the USA.🇺🇸

May she carry it with grace, strength, purpose, and the same love for service that made this journey so meaningful.

The crown may change heads, but the purpose continues.✨❤️🤍💙

💜 We can R.I.S.E. above domestic violence.

Domestic violence isn’t always visible. It can be physical, emotional, verbal, financial, or sexual—and every form matters.

This October, I’m using my story, my voice and my platform to Educate. Support. Empower. Let’s encourage survivors to speak, seek support, and know that they do not have to RISE alone.

Love should never hurt. 💜
