Yesterday, we officially crossed the high school finish line. Tears definitely flowed during the ceremony, but celebrating afterward with our incredible tribe made every single hardship worth it. In a world full of screens, yesterday was a reminder that it’s the community right in front of you that gets you through the good and the bad. God truly worked ALL things together for good. Beyond grateful for this amazing village (pictured & not) who helped shape Brooks into the man he is today. We ended the night on the couch; hearts full and completely exhausted at the same time.

Brooks, you will always be our baby and we are so incredibly proud of you. Keep being a leader. Keep God First. Keep making good choices.
🗣️Let’s go! 🦅🖤💛

If anyone needs “Wathen and Brooks’s mom,” you can “catch me outside!”😭🥰

Alright, let’s get ready to do this! Next Saturday will be here before we know it, and the countdown to graduation is officially ON! 🎓🎉
➡️ The official grad shot
➡️ A couple of personality pics—because you know he had to bring his own flavor. 😎 📸: @snaps.by.philly
➡️ The little boy who started it all: our Brooksie-Pooh 👦🏽❤️
Time has absolutely flown, but we are blessed to launch this young man into his next chapter. 🏹✨

Let the graduation countdown begin! We are so incredibly proud of you! 🙌🏽✨

Graduation Grief was heavy today, so I decided to channel that energy into cleaning out the garage. After sharing my feelings and getting a much-needed hug from my hubby, God met me right in the middle of it all.
My senior came home, hung out in the garage to (kinda) help, and then wrapped up the evening taking some cap and gown pictures. In these final moments of his senior year, quality time is rare. God knew exactly what my heart needed and honored my feelings with this unexpected gift of time. ✨🎓
“Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.” — Psalm 127:3
So incredibly proud of him, and so thankful for a Father who sees us and gives us these beautiful moments. ❤️

No days off. 🥇 First place in hurdles, then straight to the cut. 💈✂️
Gotta stay sharp on and off the track. Which win was better—the medal or the taper? 🏃‍♂️💨✨
