We’re bringing the CHILL to the 2026 Bolder Options Classic at Legends Golf Club. ❄️⛳️☀️

It’s humid, it’s 90+ degrees, and we’re out here with the Body Techs Cryo Wellness Trailer offering FREE cryo demos all day. Come find us, cool down, and see what the cold can do. 😎

We’ve got on-site:

❄️ Whole body cryo
🎯 Local cryo
🧊 Cryo facials

For golfers, this is an awesome cooldown at the turn. Between the heat, walking the course, swinging, gripping, rotating, and spending hours in the sun, your body can start feeling tight, tired, and overheated fast. Cryo may help support recovery, circulation, muscle soreness, joint comfort, and that refreshed “let’s finish strong” feeling.

Local cryo is great for targeted spots like shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, hips, low back, or anywhere the golf swing is starting to talk back a little. 🏌️‍♂️💪

And yes, the cryo facial is a hot-day favorite. 🧊✨ It’s cold, refreshing, and perfect for anyone who wants to cool the face, calm the look of puffiness, support circulation, and leave the skin feeling tighter, fresher, and more awake. Ladies, this one is absolutely worth stopping for between holes. 💁‍♀️❄️

We love being part of an event that supports Bolder Options and their mission to mentor and empower youth through healthy activity, connection, and community. Today is about golf, giving back, wellness, and staying cool while doing something good. 💙

Stop by the Body Techs Cryo Wellness Trailer at Legends Golf Club and try a FREE cryo demo today.

Cool down. Recover. Refresh. Glow. Then get back to the course. ❄️⛳️✨

It is a big week at Body Techs. We are officially launching two ways to say thank you to the people who take care of us.

First, Happy Nurses Week. All week long, healthcare workers get our core recovery sessions for just $10 each when you buy at least two. That includes Whole Body Cryotherapy, Localized Cryo, Red Light Therapy, and NormaTec compression. These normally retail for $40 to $50 each, so this is up to 80% off retail. We are basically running these at cost this week just to take care of the people who take care of everyone else.

Second, our Mother's Day Mommy Makeover is live. For $179, mom gets a 60 minute Custom Eminence Organic Facial, a Cryo Facial, Red Light Therapy, and NormaTec Leg Compression. It is a $265 value packed into one incredible visit.

Whether you are recovering from a long shift or just need a dedicated hour of self care, we have you covered. Click the link in our bio to book your sessions or grab a gift card.

Nothing like watching real fighters train… and then turning the recovery dial all the way up.

We rolled into The Cellar Gym in Roseville to take care of their athletes with on-site recovery — compression therapy and localized cryotherapy — right after hard rounds. No waiting. No driving across town. Immediate relief where it actually matters.

These aren’t casual gym-goers.
These are conditioned athletes putting their bodies through Muay Thai, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, and high-level fight training day in and day out. When you train like that, recovery isn’t optional — it’s part of the program.

What they felt immediately: • Reduced inflammation and swelling
• Faster muscle recovery
• Relief in sore joints, knees, elbows, shoulders
• Better mobility post-training
• Less stiffness so they can train again, sooner

That’s the difference between grinding your body down… and keeping it sharp.

The Cellar Gym is the real deal. A gritty, disciplined environment built for people who actually show up, put in the work, and respect the craft. If you know, you know.

Recovery isn’t soft.
It’s strategic.

Big respect to the Cellar athletes for letting us be part of the process. More to come. 💪❄️🔥

I’m sharing this because what’s happening right now goes beyond politics. It goes straight to our humanity.

What we’re seeing in Minnesota and across our communities is deeply unsettling. Federal immigration enforcement has intensified, and the way it’s being carried out is causing fear, trauma, and real harm to people who live, work, and raise families here.

Many of the people who walk through our doors every day are part of this community. They study here. They work here. They pay taxes. They shop locally. They raise children. They contribute. They are our neighbors, our friends, and our clients who we care about like family.

Recently, one of our clients had her parents detained and taken to El Paso, Texas. I’ve had to answer calls like this more times than I can count. Hearing the shaking voices, the fear, the tears on the other end of the phone is something that stays with you. As a minority myself, it brings me to tears that so many of us now have to look over our shoulders in fear of being questioned, stopped, or assumed illegal simply because of how we look.

I watched at the Richfield Target as Hispanic staff members constantly peered out the front windows in fear when dark SUVs pulled into the parking lot. I’ve seen neighborhood volunteers stand at bus stops so children of color can be safely walked to their parents. I’ve heard stories of parents taken away from their kids in broad daylight. People treated like they are disposable instead of human.

This is no longer about politics.
This is about people.
This is about families.
This is about whether we still have a moral compass.

Many in our community are law abiding citizens. Many have proper work or school visas. Many are essential to the fabric of this city. Fear and assumption should never replace due process or basic human dignity.

If you see something that feels wrong, please don’t stay silent. You don’t have to put yourself in danger, but you can speak up, document, and call it out. I’ve seen peaceful community presence make a real difference.

This is our home. Protect the peace. Protect the people who live here. Choose humanity.

Looks like the tradition is doing its thing 😄🤍

Today we had two more brave souls step up to cut the Rosca de Reyes… and both of them were chosen. Two slices. Two babies. No escaping it.

For those who don’t know the meaning behind it — the bread is shaped like a crown to honor the Three Kings, and the baby hidden inside represents baby Jesus. Finding one isn’t bad luck at all. It’s a symbol of responsibility, generosity, and being called to give back.

So now we’ve officially got two more people on the hook to bring something to share with us on February 2 😌
Food, treats, good vibes — we’re not picky.

What we love most about this tradition isn’t the bread… it’s the way it keeps people connected. It turns a simple moment into another excuse to gather, share, and show up for one another.

At this point, we’re starting to think the bread knows who it’s choosing 👀🥖

We’re honoring a tradition that means a lot to our friends, family, and community. 🤍

In many Hispanic cultures, this bread is called Rosca de Reyes — often nicknamed “baby bread.” The oval shape represents a crown, honoring the Three Kings. Hidden inside are small baby figurines that symbolize baby Jesus, who was once hidden for protection.

If you find a baby in your slice, it means you’ve been “chosen.” Not as a punishment — but as a reminder of responsibility, generosity, and community. Traditionally, that person brings food or gifts to share on February 2 (Día de la Candelaria), continuing the celebration and bringing people together again.

So in honor of that meaning, we brought it into the shop.
We’ve been having our regulars try a slice, and if you pull a baby… you’re officially on the hook to bring something back to share with us. 😄

It’s all in good fun — but it’s also a reminder of what really matters.
Sharing. Showing up. Taking care of each other. Keeping culture and tradition alive.

This place has always been about more than wellness treatments. It’s about people. And moments like this are exactly why we love what we do.

Who’s grabbing the next slice? 👀🥖
