We had such a great call with our guests @mountaincloudcreamery @terces & Mathew today!

Our gathering was inspired by the explorations of our new year 3 & 4 program where graduated apprentices become stewards of the Sacred Wild.

At the core of our work as herbalists, community healers, tenders of the Earth is changing culture.

Embodying a different quality of care, listening, reciprocity, non judgment, collaboration than what is modeled and rewarded in modern culture.

The truth is, after the two years of journeying together as apprentices we fall in love with each other, with this way of living as a pray of love for the Earth & a future of possibility & tending life.

And, whatever the dream may be - serving your community, starting a business, living on land with others, teaching, learning, making, loving — at the core, at the very root we need to learn how to get along.

People are complicated. A lot trickier than plants! 😅

Terces & Mathew taught us 3 steps for conflict resolution.

They defined conflict as a time when the energy of love is not flowing at its best and highest capacity between two people.

I love that definition! Its so true! It speaks to the subtleties, small hurts, grudges, judgments, projections that can block a truly open hearted flow of love & communication- something all too common.

I am grateful for the tools these beloved elders share with us as we walk this path of loving the Earth, wanting to create and experience play, joy and the satisfaction of hard work that comes from our passions and is part of something greater than ourselves.

Thank you Terces & Mathew for all the creativity, inspiration, books, raw dairy and love you share with the world!

6 years ago today we made it official after almost 10 years together!!! I always considered Eric my lifelong partner and soulmate so I never really thought much about the difference between a partnership and a marriage. But there’s a switch that happens when you exchange vows and step into your marriage with in our case hundreds of our loved ones present to witness that commitment and exchange. It was and still is one of my life’s most beautiful experiences alongside the birth of my two children. I am so grateful everyday to have such a wonderful, deeply loving and incredibly supportive husband. Can’t believe how quickly life changes in just 6 years! Love you so much @bearcraft you truly are one of a kind. 😘😘😘
