Sára Pozsgai — Suspended In Unstable Axis, Sára Pozsgai @unstableaxis builds a composition around a central vertical axis, surrounded by gestural marks, layered surfaces and shifting forms. The structure feels both grounded and in motion, as different forces meet and adjust around it. The work brings together movement and stillness, tension and balance, stability and change. These apparent opposites do not cancel each other out; they remain present within the same structure, reflecting a broader understanding of the world in which silence and noise, uncertainty and security, reality and imagination are not seen as conflicting alternatives, but as conditions that help define one another. Within Suspended, the work becomes an exploration of dynamic equilibrium. Balance is not presented as a fixed or final state, but as something continually sustained through the interplay of movement, tension and change. — @unstableaxis @evgeniya_zhenyi #zhenyigallery #suspended #contemporaryart #contemporarypainting #curatedexhibition — Installation views from Suspended August 2026 17 rue Chapon, Paris 3e

SUSPENDED Group Exhibition 06–10 August 17 Rue Chapon, 75003 Paris Opening: 7 August, 6 pm Some forms of suspension last far longer than a passing moment. They emerge through waiting, anticipation, emotional tension, or the forces of history, shaping the way we experience time and ourselves. Bringing together the works of seven international artists, Suspended explores historical, psychological, and experiential forms of suspension. Through installation, painting, photography, and mixed media, the exhibition invites viewers to encounter suspension not only as a subject, but as a lived experience. Artist @unstableaxis My practice explores the body as a shifting structure, a site where inner and outer forces continuously meet and reorganize. I work with gesture, color and layered forms to create fields of tension rather than stable compositions. Instead of resolving images into harmony, I am interested in holding contradictions together, allowing instability, fragmentation and transformation to remain visible. https://www.instagram.com/unstableaxis ••• 💬 What do you think about this art ? Artist @unstableaxis My work is structured around a central axis — a spine that holds the image together. Around it, gestures unfold as released energies. Painting, for me, is not a controlled act but a necessary state, moving between holding and letting go, between form and instability.
