this book changed my life for 1 specific reason

self image

we will never consistently outperform our self image. in other words...the way we see ourselves at a subconscious level.

most people don't even know how they see themselves on a subconscious level and for the last 20 years ive dedicated my life to helping people understand that so they can create the change in their life they want to see

most of the time it results in more money in their business or sales career

everything starts with our future self blueprint call to idenitify their subconscious blocks so we can start dissolving them

i'm personally taking a few more of these calls this month before i train one of my team members...if you like to identify and start dissolving your subconscious blocks...drop a "SUB" in the comments

Thanks @untdslr for having me out!

Had an amazing quick visit with @thesolaralpha the other day. I loved just sitting down and quickly revisiting certain conversations we had over our latest leadership retreat. So many great conversations were had too.
-
This quick convo simply breaks down the pros and cons of being a lone wolf and the pros and cons of running with a pack.
-
One thing is for sure. Everyone likes the line wolf mentality until they remember how much fun it is to kill within a pack.

Being a leader is to provide a pathway for others to follow that lead to success.
-
Through out that pathway the leaders are providing HOW to get there and Who you need to be.
-
They lead out in Production and Culture.
-
For those that are lost or discouraged. Your leader provides the light to show the way.

Reflecting on the journey from 2018 to now. 🚀

From setting up appointments above SanTan Village to scaling a $100 million company, the ride has been wild. Whether it was managing 120 deals a month or booking 50 appointments a day, the solar game taught us everything about speed and urgency.

The biggest takeaway? Whether you’re selling solar or recruiting top talent, being first matters. It’s all about the culture, the energy, and never slowing down.

Being a dad, a husband, and having a family has been a crazy motivator to push past obstacles and get my goals.

They steady me. They support me
They anchor me to what is most important. So even when it gets really tough, I know my why.

DONT QUIT!!!!
-
You work so hard to gain the skills needed to be successful. Once you gain the skills needed, now you get to see what you’re made of.
-
Too many people quit right before it gets good and they never see the fruits of their labor.
-
Ben is a perfect example. He could have quit. He had every reason to quit. Instead, he stuck it through. Because he did, he’s now been paid out 20k this month and the month isn’t even over.
-
If you quit, you’re simply creating a pattern that doesn’t serve you. Stick to it. Create your luck and reap your rewards.

It’s not how you START!
It’s how you FINISH!
-
Last month I gotta give it up to Legion. They sold close to nothing for n their first blitz. For 10 days!! That is so mentally challenging to keep going.
-
They could have quit! I wouldn’t have blamed them. But instead, they made the corrections, doubled down and closed 30 deals their next blitz to finish that month!
-
You have to respect the hustle and always remember, you only failed if you quit!!!

There are NO SHORT CUTS!!!!
-
Everyone wants success but the reality is that it comes down to the 20 different decisions that you make day in and day out.
-
It’s refraining from making the easier and more comfortable choice and leaning in to the WORK.
-
Work being the one thing you cannot avoid.
-
When you make the RIGHT decision over and over. They begin to compound and then your riding the wave. At that point, it’s simply replication.
