Can officially turn down my job of being a GroupMe moderator and now be a full time unemployed tmnt nerd 😝
Okay hopefully these photos post …. A week after graduating but listen insta is being strange and I’m currently on baby brother duty so I’ve been BUSY EEK
Anyways graduation itself was……meh…. Tbh I didn’t really wanna go since it was late at night, it was going to be hot in there and also just knew we weren’t going to be like treated like students who worked their bones down to get these degrees with how UNT has been treating their immigrant students, and overall how they treat the arts and education department. However I did only go just because my family, students, and friends wanted to see me walk and now I can say “I do not regret not walking the stage” , instead of “I regret not walking”- we didn’t get a tassel or hat toss ceremony like the other majors did before us and according to some students who got their masters this isn’t our colleges first time skimming through the arts graduation; faced something similar with my high-school graduation anyways so I was use to it 😒
The only perks of that day was seeing my family happy for me and seeing my classmates one last time after seeing eachother EVERYDAY for the past TWO YEARS like?? Wym we’re not meeting up at 8am anymore in art building ??? Wym we’re not going to jimmy John’s or getting boba after class?? 💔💔🥺

I got bored of this after the sketch and slapped gradients on it and called it rendering
Graduated from college last week so commissions MIGHT open sometime this summer once I get a steady foot on this new chapter down to pay off my loans UGH that money could be spent on buying more tmnt figures

Graduation was aight, feet hurt and we didn’t get a tassel turn or hat toss ceremony but we didn’t get that either for high school as art majors so I’m use to it. Was great learning how to be an art teacher and consuming as much and teaching as much art history as I could to my assigned students!
More grad photos on my main tho :p
Hopefully I can draw more tmnt art soon but for now I’ve been catching up on sleep and spending time with my baby brothers

I graduate TONIGHT?? EKKKK my loans are going to kick in faster than any job offers as soon as I cross that stage but that’s an issue for future me 😵‍💫
Anyways all photo credits given to my mommy ! She’s in her photographer era rn and I love it 😝
Also extra focus on the cords for all the classmates and strangers on campus that called me stupid ?!? Like I got that a lot in high-school even tho I was one of the top students, but to still get that in college? And like I expect it from science majors; from an ex science majors they’re so MEAN but to get that from OTHER education majors??? EAT MY CORDS AAA😝😝
Especially seeing how many education majors needed AI to make LESSON PLANS??? Judging ME because god forbid a girl have a speech impediment 😒
BLEH 😝
