POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A dialogue between two minds. One demands the "obvious" the inherited common sense, the pre-written script. The other refuses to mirror the pattern, choosing instead to dive into the substratum and sculpts its own way of philosophy.
Who decides what is truly "obvious"?

The Inner Fire✨
.
.
1. Set one clear goal. Choose a single specific habit, such as waking at 5:30 or meditating for 10 minutes, instead of changing everything at once.
2. Create a fixed routine. Do it at the same time and place daily. Routine reduces the need for willpower, and the early morning is a good anchor.
3. Start small and build up. Begin with 5 minutes and increase slowly. Small wins build confidence and keep you consistent.
4. Remove distractions. Keep your phone away during practice, avoid tempting habits, and set up your space the night before.
5. Track and reflect. Mark each day on a calendar, review weekly, and forgive slips. If you miss a day, restart the next morning without guilt.

Inspired by the prompt - The grief in goodbyes - hosted by @flawedpoetssociety, #flawedpoetssociety_prompts

.

The grief in goodbyes
resides in -
Tremble in hands
that let you go
Unsaid words
that choke you
Brimming tears
that remain unshed
Fading sparkle
of eyes that say it all
In fearful silence
that lingers amid
ache you swallow
