Last weekend, our very own Josie Worley attended the Alpha Phi Disney Leadership Institute in Orlando, FL!! 🤍
Here’s a little bit about her experience! 🐭🏰⭐️

“It was a privilege to represent the Iota Mu chapter of Georgia Tech at Alpha Phi’s Disney Leadership Institute. I spent the weekend in hands-on programming, learning what it means to lead effectively. Through behind-the-scenes tours and team-building exercises, I got to see how Disney brings its magic to life.
What stuck with me most was bonding with sisters from around the world. Seeing how passionate they all were about Alpha Phi really inspired me, and I can’t wait to bring that energy back to Iota Mu.”

We are so proud of you Josie🩵🩵🩵

DISNEY LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE 2026 🏰🧚‍♀️✨🎆🎠

Last weekend @oliviaagiroux was invited by @alphaphiintl to attend the Alpha Phi leadership institute in Orlando Florida! @disney

Here’s what she has to say about her experience:

Getting to attend the Alpha Phi Leadership Institute was such a special experience and one I know I will look back on for years to come! Throughout the institute, we took part in leadership programming, group activities, and behind-the-scenes field experiences that gave us a unique look at how Disney approaches leadership and teamwork. Being able to learn alongside sisters from chapters all across North America made the experience even more meaningful, and I loved getting to make new friendships and memories throughout the weekend. I am so grateful for the opportunity to bring these lessons back to my chapter, and I know the lessons from this weekend will shape the way I approach leadership moving forward!♥️
