GET READY UTES! 💪🏋️‍♂️Join us for our first ever mock powerlifting meet on November 30! We will be imitating a real powerlifting meet, with commands and judges, so this is a great introduction for those interested in competing in the future! Please register through the google form in our bio and reach out if you have any questions. We are so excited to do this for the first time and hope to see you all there.

If you own/know any fitness brands or photographers who would be interested in sponsoring and joining us, please reach out!

‼️TRIP LEADER TRAINING RECAP‼️

This past weekend some of our Trip Leaders got the chance to place some Trad Gear OUTSIDE in City of Rocks, Idaho.

As Trip Leaders, we get the opportunity to expand our knowledge — testing out gear and learning skills that we may not otherwise get the chance to try. Climbing outside with our supportive community allows us to push ourselves to new heights.

In the possible near future, Outdoor Adventures may start offering Trad Climbing Trips and Clinics to Utah students!

Want to join in on the fun? We are hosting a St. George climbing overnight trip 11/3-11/15! Link is in bio!

How are you hanging in there, Utah? 🧗‍♂️Whether you’re just starting and coming back to college, it’s common to feel an increased level of stress with all the new experiences of student life.🥵

College brings a mix of fun and challenging “newness” that can make it hard to recharge - from new classes, roommates, courses, events and work schedules, you’re not alone if you’re struggling to find balance at this point. Asking for help shows strength.✨💪

Our Student Health and Wellness Department is here to help! Find support that fits your needs at the Wellness Hub. Stop by our office on the third floor of the Student Services Building whenever you need 🔗💻♥️
