We are live 🚀

Our T-Shirts are now available for pre-order on @everpresshq. They feature a limited edition design by @marcellopisano which’ll be printed on Fair Wear 100% organic, softer than Drake’s lyrics, T-Shirts.

All profits raised will go towards supporting young people from ethnic minority groups and making it easier for them to discover a passion for cycling.

had a great time planning & mapping activities for the coming year with our young leaders this afternoon. We agreed to host an awards event in the first week of September to acknowledge the amazing contributions of our young leaders, a host of creative writing and photographic contributions celebrating #blackhistorymonth as well as themed leadership residential weekends and #mentoring supported by our amazing network of creative and corporate partners. At the end of the afternoon we were hugely surprised to be greeted with a new supply of flowers. This meant we had to organise a #pop up flower stall in @hoxtonstmarket So if anyone wants free flowers come and see us for a beautiful bouquet tomorrow from 11 -3pm.

had a great day celebrating the end of summer with our young people and many many special guests. We enjoyed an #afrocentric BBQ and gave away flowers, awards and upcycled bicycles to acknowledge the massive volunteering and leadership contributions from our young people. Our young people have been active peer leaders, smile delivers, researchers, event organisers and just amazingly generous people. They did this whilst coping with the effects of the lockdown charged by emotions driven by #blm Big thanks to all our guests who made it over to join us and an even special thanks to our sponsors @newcitycollege_hackney @arena_flowers @theinkeylist @kazcrossley @ittyansari

Today, our young people we’re trained by our Horizons leader🧠 : Duane Maddison who is has a variety of experience building confidence skills, recognising areas for our young people to work on in order to express themselves positively ✊🏾in the community. Today’s #socialdistancing training using role play techniques focus our young people outreach and street based contact skills to develop an 16-17 year old audience for our #summeruniversity taking place between 10-15th August 2020. Last Friday we trained a team of 14 young people, for the operation smiles project, they learnt the necessary skills so they can be effective smiles delivers. Our young leaders learnt about #conservation #upcycling & vital communication skills (body language, #empathy #emotionalintelligence and the importance of sharing helpline info. #wereoff
