Wow where can I start first off I want to say a big thanks to mason and Denis for being my assistants today we’re going into a new chapter and togetherness is exactly what we need while going through the process and the change and the boys appreciate it too but big well done to my U21s you fought hard for the ball and worked well as a team and showed what you learned in training and love the mentality and it’s really special for me to have such a great group of next generation focus lads who are pushing into main squad it’s really a honour to be your manager and I love the never give up spirit and keeping your head up!! We’re in an adult league and it’s definitely a tough one but we showed heart and exciting football and we’re 3rd in table at the moment with our head held up high because it’s only just begun!! 💯❤️
Also a honour to have a league 1 team playing for the first time today I had the pleasure to watch and celebrate together I love what this team going to be and that’s for all of the them!! Big shout out to Ryan there manager he is doing a great job with the team!!! ❤️

Sorry for the spam caption but this is coming up to the 10th year of me running this amazing team and I love the direction we’re going and I’m so proud to have this opportunity and hope for many more! Recently has been very eye opening and it’s crazy how fast time flies and how many times these lot try and nutmeg me!!

❤️🙏🏻👌🏻💯❤️

Two seasons away… I never stopped. Trained every single day right up until United lost that cup final to Tottenham — and even then, I didn’t quit. Trained with friends, played street football, trained with other teams, professional teams, semi-pro teams — all just waiting, preparing, for the moment God gave me the right signal to return.

Today — that signal came. And I’m home.

Ryan and Glenn welcomed me right back in like I never left. That’s what family does. 🫶

Returning to UPFC Focus. Returning to disability football. Returning to the place that saw me, believed in me, and gave me my spot back.

Not starting over — starting again. And this time? I’m giving it everything.

Let it all work out. 💛

Nearly 9 years but true success wasn’t the weight of the trophies we carried, but our survival through the heartbreaks that came with them. The hardest part wasn’t the battle, but choosing which paths to walk and which to leave behind and yet, every agonizing choice was the thing we needed. We didn’t just live a life! we endured, conquered, and wrote a story worth remembering and many more memories to come!!! ❤️❤️ what a reflection and inspiration thank you all!

22nd-24th May 2026 we went back to Blackpool national competition again but this time with the youngest team to ever been taken away and compete and we did it! I’m so so proud of our lads and a big congratulations we have come so far from when it all began in 2018 I also want to thank the senior players for supporting me and the young players and helping them guide them through it all!! Was a fantastic experience and we have more pics and videos on the way but the team we played in the final I have the most up respect for them and they really do understand the respect and love for the game but big welldone now onto 2 finals next weekend let’s do this!!❤️❤️

We’ve been getting great results on the pitch lately, but none of it happens by accident. It’s all down to hard work, dedication, and keeping a positive mindset. We know success can attract noise and negativity, but we won’t let any of that get in our way. We stay focused, stay grateful, and keep pushing for more. The goal now is simple! keep the momentum, stay humble, and continue giving everything for the team. The journey isn’t over we’re just getting started!! UP THE UPFC FOCUS 🙏🏻❤️
