Does your subconscious need a hug or a firm "No"? 🛑🫂

Chelsea breaks down how to handle those nagging "parts" of our mind that keep us stuck. The goal is simply to get your subconscious to stop identifying with that negative pattern, either by transforming it or telling it, "Goodbye, I'm done with you". Once that separation happens, you realize that the old pattern wasn't actually keeping you safe.

But here is the kicker: the method changes per person. While many parts need compassion to heal, others require "tough love" and a strict boundary that says, "You can't come into my life like this".

Ever feel like the world is ending when you make a small mistake? 🌎🛑

Chelsea explains why that panic sets in: while our logical brain knows mistakes are human, our subconscious often screams, "This is not safe!" based on past experiences like getting in trouble as a child. When you need an immediate reset but can't listen to a full hypnosis track, she suggests this quick physical protocol:

𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙮: Go to the bathroom or your car just to get some space.

𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮: Relax your jaw, drop your shoulders, and let go of the tension in your stomach.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖: Take three intentional breaths and remind yourself, "I am safe. All is well".

Forget what you saw in the movies. 🎬🚫

Chelsea clears the air on the biggest myths surrounding hypnosis. Despite what Hollywood portrays, hypnosis isn't about mind control, blackouts, or losing your free will. It’s actually a safe, effective tool that helps you access your Theta brainwaves—that "sweet spot" right between daydreaming and deep sleep. In this state, you aren't stuck or unconscious; you are simply deeply relaxed, allowing you to make profound shifts in your subconscious.

Stressed about finding your "Big Purpose"? 😰✨

We often put an immense amount of pressure on ourselves to answer the question, "Why am I here?" But what if the answer isn't some giant, grandiose mission? Michele, Liana, and Chelsea discuss how we get bogged down by the weight of "purpose," when in reality, you may have already fulfilled yours just by being kind to someone on a bad day.

Instead of chasing a massive destiny, the real magic happens when you shift your focus to 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 "𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨" 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚.

Is the "dream life" really about the stuff? 🏡✨
Chelsea shares a hard-learned lesson about what actually constitutes a "Rich Life."

We often convince ourselves that the bigger house or the nicer car is the finish line for happiness, but that satisfaction is usually short-lived.

Instead, true wealth is found in your 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨, 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚.

It’s a shift from constantly "achieving" to simply "being"—and trusting that even when your plans change, the universe might have a better one in store.

I love being a mom more than anything, BUT what happened to my brain??? 🧠

I used to pride myself in being able to remember really tiny details.

Now someone tells me their name and I forget it 5 minutes later 😭

Now our brains change a ton when we become a mother for good reasons…

But one thing I notice with a lot of moms (and let’s be real even when we were not moms)…

There’s just ON. No off button until your body just blacks out after staring at your phone for hours before bed.

🚨You don’t take a pause in the day to relax, and NO your scrolling doesn’t count it’s actually making you more stressed 😮‍💨😭

(I’m looking at you mamas getting their second or third hit of caffeine thinking it’s gonna save them lol) 👀

But there is one thing you can do that will actually change your life in just ten minutes or less bc let’s be real I know you’re busy busy busy. 🐒🐒🐒

This tool changed my life and hundreds of my clients I pray you give it a chance: 🙏

Hypnosis. ✨

It’s meditation with a goal 🙏

It’s a total body, nervous system, heart reset. ✨

💕The more you listen the better you feel. 🦋

You can use it simply to relax or you can make all your habits upleveled, or in general change your life.

I’ve seen insane things. One client went from having to move back to her parents to making a 90k month.

✨Like it’s a life changing tool. ✨

💕This is a NEW account. 💕

My membership HypnoBesties is going to launch this quarter.

In the spirit of gratitude, I decided to ask some of the MANY wonderful people who have contributed to my healing and growth as well as that of Inner Calling if they would go live with me and share about their particular form of magic they bring to the world. I figured the week of my birthday would be fitting!
•
I’ll start the week on Sunday with an overall reflection and update of my year and all of the new exciting updates to come for Inner Calling and this page✨
•
As for the other speakers as the week goes on, I highly recommend checking their pages out and following so you can prepare any questions you have for them during our live! Grateful to you all for being here, in whatever capacity you are! 🫶
