☕ COFFEE GETS YOU GOING. 🏃🏻‍♂️FITNESS KEEPS YOU GOING

We love a good cup of coffee as much as anyone. Especially before that 5 AM class and especially if it’s from @upliftcoffeecompany ! 😂

But here’s the difference...
☕ Coffee gives you a temporary boost.
💪 Training builds lasting strength, energy, and confidence.

☕ Coffee helps you wake up.
💪 Training helps you feel more capable, physically AND mentally.

☕ Coffee helps you tackle the day.
💪 Training helps you tackle LIFE.

And the best part?
You don’t have to choose!

Grab your coffee. Get your workout in. Go crush your day.

Different order. Same energy.

👇 Now let’s settle an important debate...

Are you TEAM COFFEE BEFORE or COFFEE AFTER your workout?

Drop your vote below!

Meet Clint. Strong runner. Apparently also an overachiever in cone collection. 😂
Just before his last 1K run at today’s Gritty 5K, I asked if he’d grab the cones at the end of the run path.
THIS is how he came back. 🤣 The little cones are INSIDE the big cone. Where the big one came from? I still have no clue.
Only a CrossFitter hears “Can you grab the cones?” and turns it into a bonus workout. 💪
Thanks for going above and beyond, Clint! Who thinks cone carries should be part of next year’s Gritty? 😂
