Antoinette Wysocki is a mixed media painter who resides in New York. Inspired by organic imagery, she works to create contemporary abstracted microcosmic narratives behind each brushstroke. Balancing media, she has developed a process combining various materials and works with chance, control and analysis. Wysocki has her BFA from San Francisco Art Institute.

She has been awarded residencies this year in China for the museum in Guangzhou where they acquired her piece for their permanent collection and selected for the program at Chautauqua Institution . Other residencies include the Sante Fe Artist Institute and selection for the Chalk Hill Residency to represent her alum, SFAI.

@jenny_reinhardt

Jenny Flexner Reinhardt is a multi-media painter and sculptor. Her most recent body of work, “soft sculptures” are created from plastic and collaged materials, with a glossy exterior that symbolizes the facade of appearances—glittering but not gold, masking deeper truths. The plastic reflects both disposability and resilience, sagging over time like human bodies. Her process starts with instinctive splatters of paint, glue, and glitter, where she relinquishes control to allow for spontaneous color stories. This has become a key psychological entry point for her work.

She layers in hand-made printed materials referencing retro-sexist ads, cultural pathos, and metaphysical symbols, manipulating them into seemingly random combinations. By scraping openings with her fingers, she creates space for paint to break through, giving the work intentional marks. Once finished, Jenny twists the plastic like fabric and adheres it to solid boards—sometimes linen-covered, referencing inverted paintings, or raw wood, creating a striking contrast between the organic and the artificial.

Jenny has had 8 solo shows since 2018 and is gearing up for her first solo exhibition in Los Angeles. She is based in Orange, NJ and works in a light-filled studio in the Valley Arts district.

Now on display and available @riaxgallery 🖤

@deedeewashere

Dee Dee is a New York City-based ghost who uses collage, paint, and silkscreen to bring surreal and cinematic daydreams (or nightmares) to life. It is in that world – between sleep and dream, between the surface and subconscious – where the viewer is invited to enter encapsulating themes of the seen and unseen, the hidden and the revealed. Dee Dee’s art can regularly be viewed on the streets of New York City & Asbury Park legally and illegally.

Both pieces on display and available now at @riaxgallery until October 11th! 🖤
