POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The best sales jobs never get posted.

They get filled before a listing ever goes live. A founder texts someone they trust: “Who’s the best closer you know?” And a name gets dropped.

That’s how reps get hired at the highest level. Referrals. Intros. Someone vouching for you in a room you’re not in.

So the real question isn’t “How do I get more interviews?”

It’s “Am I the kind of rep someone would stake their reputation on?”

Because when someone recommends you, they’re putting their name on the line. Top operators only do that for people who’ve earned it.

On October 29th, we’re breaking down exactly how to become that person. How to build a reputation that travels ahead of you, get into the rooms where the real offers happen, and stop chasing jobs that are already picking from the bottom of the pile.

If you’re a rep who’s tired of applying into the void, this one’s for you.

Most salespeople lose the job before the interview starts.

Not because they can’t sell. Because they’re showing companies the wrong things.

I’ve spent 13 years building sales teams and hiring reps in every seat. What gets someone hired is almost never what they put on the resume, and nobody teaches it.

On October 29 I’m breaking it all down live:

What hiring managers actually screen for

How to prove you can close when your title doesn’t say it

How to walk in as the obvious hire, not one of the options
