@ups_canada dropped the ball. Our customers picked us up. ❤️

Running a small business comes with its fair share of challenges, but this latest experience with UPS Canada has been one of the more frustrating ones.

Despite our efforts to recover our packages, we’ve been incredibly disappointed with the lack of urgency, communication, and support from UPS Canada. When customers are counting on us, we take that responsibility seriously, and it’s frustrating when a company we rely on doesn’t seem to share that same commitment.

But here’s the part of this story that has absolutely blown us away.

OUR CUSTOMERS. 🙌

The loyalty, patience, understanding, and genuine concern you’ve shown us has been incredible. Instead of frustration, we’ve received encouragement. Instead of complaints, we’ve had people checking in, offering support, and asking how they can help.

That’s something we won’t forget.

We’re a small-town business that works incredibly hard to take care of our customers. And this week, you’ve reminded us just how lucky we are to have the customers we do.

UPS Canada, you’ve got some work to do.

To our customers, you’ve reminded us why we do what we do.

Thank you for having our backs. We promise we’ll keep having yours.

When you think the hard part was making an entire balloon dress… 😂🎈

Turns out, SHIPPING it had its own plans. 📦😅

We arrived at UPS thinking Olivia’s dress was ready to go…

UPS: “Not so fast.” 😂

One repack later — NOW she’s officially on her way to Olivia! ❤️

At this point, I’m emotionally invested in this box. 😂

Anyone else have a “this will only take 5 minutes” moment that turned into a whole adventure? 👇

When you’re sending off not just a dress, but a little piece of your heart. 🤍

The final touches, carefully wrapping every detail, one last check… and she’s ready to go. ✨

This special dress is officially on its way to Olivia, and now comes the most exciting part — waiting to see her wearing it. 🥹

Behind every box are hours of work, countless little details, and so much love for what I create.

Safe travels, beautiful dress. 🖤✨
Can’t wait to see you on Olivia!

New aluminum import rules are live as of today. Under 19 CFR 182.83, importers must now report country of smelt and cast information for applicable aluminum imports entering the U.S.

This isn’t a future deadline anymore. It’s active right now. The goal is improved supply chain transparency and tighter monitoring of where aluminum actually originates, not just where it was last processed or shipped from.

If your business imports aluminum or aluminum-containing products, confirm your documentation process can meet this requirement starting with today’s shipments.

Strong local economies rely on efficient operations that keep businesses and communities connected.

I had the opportunity to visit UPS Canada’s Surrey operation and see firsthand the technology and automation they have in place to keep shipments moving efficiently, especially during peak seasons. Their team plays an important role in supporting local businesses, exporters, and households across the Lower Mainland and beyond.

Thank you to the UPS team for welcoming me and for the important work you do in our community.

This past weekend, we were proud to take part in the United Way UPS Plane Pull at Hamilton International Airport!

For the third year in a row, we provided one of our B1900 cargo aircraft for the kids’ pull. The event brought incredible energy and, most importantly, raised an amazing $270,000 for local communities.

At CMA, we love supporting the communities we serve, and we’re grateful to be part of events that bring people together for such an important cause.

Congratulations to United Way on another successful event, and thank you to everyone who helped make it happen!
