🏀 TOP 5 POST-PRACTICE FOOD SPOTS IN OAKVILLE 📍

Coach Darryl and Coach Cyrus hit the road to explore some of Oakville’s top food spots for a post-practice or post-game meal!

After a long practice, the question is always the same: Where are we eating? 👀

Recovery is just as important as the work you put in on the court. Whether you’re refueling after basketball practice, grabbing a meal after a game, or looking for something nutritious on the go, knowing your local options makes all the difference.

We’re checking out five spots around Oakville to see what our community has to offer.

What’s your go-to post-practice meal? Did we miss your favourite spot? Drop it in the comments! 👇
