🚨 TOMORROW! 🚨
Youth Proprietorship officially launches July 31 on Amazon in eBook, Audiobook, Paperback, and Hardcover.
This book asks one important question:
If we encourage young people to pursue jobs, why aren’t we equally encouraging them to own businesses?
Introducing the YEO Model™—a framework designed to promote youth business ownership and implementation. The Participant Workbook and Facilitator Manual extend the journey beyond the book.
I need your support. I need readers. Most of all, let’s start the dialogue.

I’m excited to announce the upcoming release of Youth Proprietorship™ and the YEO Academy™ Official Facilitator & Implementation Manual, both launching July 31, 2026.
These companion resources introduce the Young Executive Officer (YEO)™ Model—a new framework designed to move youth entrepreneurship beyond inspiration and toward actual business ownership.
The book challenges how we think about entrepreneurship education, while the 12-session facilitator guide equips schools, nonprofits, youth organizations, and workforce development programs with a practical roadmap to help participants develop and launch real businesses.
I believe ownership should be introduced early, supported intentionally, and made attainable for every young person with the desire to build something of their own.
