Yesterday on Saturday, October 29th, 2022, Chukundi "Kun Luv" Salisbury, took part in the "Health and Wellness University" panel discussion as part of #SelfCareSaturday presented by @urbangamesseattle at @seattleparksandrec Garfield #TeenLifeCenter

In this clip Kun talks about how he came to taking 5 #Metformin pills per day to maintain his "Pop A Bottle" lifestyle and that he wasn't ready for true change. 😩😔

What's funny 😂 about this clip is the look 👀 on Dr. John Vassall's (@uwmedicine) face as Kun talks about his self medication and dosage increases. His whole energy changes and is like: NO, THATS NOT OK! 5 PILLS A DAY... NO! SMH 😂😂😂😂

This was a lively discussion and a great panel!

Lesson: Don't be like Kun and increase your meds... take action now and WALK AWAY FROM YOUR DIABETES. You don't have to have it.

It was such a joy to have @urbangamesseattle as a PR client this past summer! We loved supporting their vision to reduce health and wellness disparities in all communities and to increase self-care and the personal agency of Seattle's youth. Thank you for choosing KD Hall Communications, as well as helping us grow.
