Tight guard doesn’t mean stuck guard.

Squeeze your elbows in, keep your hands glued to your head, and stay tight through the body. Then you can still move, still protect yourself, and close the distance behind your shell.

Save this for your next sparring session 🥊

Which part is hardest for you: staying tight or staying mobile? Tell me below.

On the days you feel the least motivated, showing up for yourself can mean the most. A reminder that you don’t have to walk in feeling your best to leave feeling better. 🤍🥊

Coaching goes beyond teaching the sport. It’s about building trust, creating connections, and making every youth feel seen. Sometimes it’s the little moments that make the biggest impact.

So used to cheering other people on that being celebrated myself felt a little surreal. 🤍

Thank you to Shaunna and Eric at lululemon Fairview Pointe-Claire for such a thoughtful morning and for making me feel seen for the work I put my heart into.

A reminder to keep showing up with heart. You don’t always get to see the impact you’re making, but mornings like this remind you it’s there.
