DAY 30. 💪🔥

30 DAYS STRONGER.

We showed up.
We held the plank.
We shook.
We wanted to quit.
Some days felt easy. Some days absolutely did not.
But we kept showing up anyway.

And that was the whole point.

This challenge was never really about holding a plank.
It was about proving to yourself that you can commit to something, stay consistent, do hard things, and finish what you started.

I am SO glad we did this together.

Maybe you started at 10 seconds.
Maybe you made it to a minute.
Maybe you hit 3 minutes.
Maybe you missed a few days and came right back.

That still counts.

You are stronger than you were 30 days ago because you showed up for yourself.

So… what are we doing next month?! 👀😂

Push-ups?
Wall sits?
Squats?
A little bit of EVERYTHING?

Drop your vote below because apparently we like making hard things fun around here. 😂🔥

Whatever we choose, the goal stays the same:

SHOW UP.
Do what you can.
Get a little stronger.
And don’t underestimate what 30 days of consistency can do.

So proud of everyone who joined me.

30 days.
DONE. ✅
