First ever horror convention I've had the pleasure and privilege to work at and I already miss it. I've had con fatigue but not quite anything like this. Thank you to Bianca @artistsassembleproductions and all the amazing staff and volunteers for making this event one for the books and a memory I'll never forget. This convention is by far the best convention I've had the honor or working for and I don't think those other cons come close to how professional and tight-knit everyone was here. I got to meet so many celebrities who played my favorite characters in media and I'm still in awe from it. All of the celebrity guests were vibrant, alive, and most of all interactive with guests, making the con experience worth it. Thank you again Bianca🖤

FLAAAAASH! AAAAAAAAAAA! SAVIOR OF THE UNIVERSE @therealsamjjones
The tag feature is being stupid so I hope this works.
Thank you to @screamking66 @traysizzzle @dukesweet @girlslikegore2 @laszlo_daytona @turanga_fry and the rest of the staff and volunteers who kept reminding me to take a break, hydrate and rest since I was all gas and no brakes this weekend. You guys made me feel welcome and comfortable working the scene🖤

Here's another shot of @rchaves.official
A.K.A. Poncho! He was so awesome and nice and I had a blast talking to him about Predator and his character. Thank you again Mr. Chaves for being an awesome human being!

FIRST FESTIVAL HOSTING COMPLETE 👻🫡😭

Firstly, thank you to God who makes all of this life possible. I caught myself asking “what is my life?!” at least 30 times. Insane. Wonderful. Stunning. Wow. 🥹

MASSIVE. GIANT. HUGE THANK YOU TO @artistsassembleproductions for trusting me with such an immense honor. #HorrorFest2026 wrapped its 5th year, celebrating 40 years of ALIEN, and is owned/operated by Bianca - who not only is a wonderful woman, but knows her sh*t. THANK YOU. ✨

Thank you to the celebrity guests who so warmly and wonderfully interacted with their fans, the vendors, myself, and everyone! Getting to take time, chat with y’all, and hear your stories is forever going to be the best part of this whole experience for me. Thank you 💜

To the vendors, volunteers, management staff, and hotel staff - THANK YOU. It was a lot of moving parts and moving bodies. 👏🏼👏🏼 Y’all handled it so magnificently.

To Alexis and my husband who split their time between their own lives and taking on being my assistants on different days - GOD BLESS YOU. I know it’s not the easiest to work alongside me. I run a TIGHT ship, a strict schedule, and have an insane mind that moves 150 kilometers a minute! Thank you both. I could not have survived without you. 😍

To the DJ, Noah, you are genuinely one of a kind. I don’t need to say much - know that I am so blessed to have met you. 🎃

Interviews are coming. Pics are coming. I’m just so fucking happy and proud of myself. This is A LOT of work, hard work - but I wouldn’t have it any other way. God bless yall. Thank you. 👑

@urjamesmartinez you guys may recognize this, gentlemen, from Dexter Origins and Breaking Bad. Had an opportunity to sit down and chat with him for a couple of hours. I’m telling you as one of the best conversations I’ve had in a long time. He is by far, very talented and is very compassionate about what he does. Tonight, when I got home, I just sit back and relax and watch the movie that he was in that he told me about, and he had his friends there as well that were part of the making of this film called, Aaron’s Blood. If you have an opportunity to check out this movie, it’s a great movie done very well, and it’s now on Tubi to watch. James, again it was a pleasure to meet you. #dexter #arronsblood #breakingbad #jamesmartinez I wish there was more people like you.

😮‍💨 It was August 22, 2025, when Paramount+ decided to pull the plug on Dexter: Original Sin, despite the show having been unofficially renewed months before that.

😲 The reaction to the news was extremely strong, even though Dexter: Resurrection Season 1 was releasing new episodes weekly at the time, meaning fans already had something to carry on with.

❤️‍🔥 Shortly after the cancellation, a petition calling for the decision to be reversed was launched, and in less than one month, it reached 100,000 verified signatures.

🙄 Unfortunately, to this day, one year later, nothing has changed. Paramount+ continues to move forward with Dexter: Resurrection, starring Michael C. Hall.

👀 The prequel series had promised to introduce younger versions of several beloved characters from the original series, including James Doakes, as showrunner Clyde Phillips revealed months ago. However, those plans now seem to be sitting on the shelf indefinitely.

📢 Most recently, Paramount+ addressed Original Sin's cancellation through Head of Originals Jane Wiseman, who explained that the decision was very deliberate, with the studio wanting to focus on Michael C. Hall and Dexter Morgan's story in Dexter: Resurrection.

🗣️ "I know it was really deliberate, we wanted to focus on Michael C. Hall and his character with Dexter: Resurrection, and that was really important for us to continue that storyline."

⚡ Now, one year after the prequel was axed, fans have never really stopped caring about Dexter: Original Sin and still hope that the series could somehow return in the future.

🔥 So, we have a poll for you to vote in.

‼️ Do you want Dexter: Original Sin to come back with Season 2 sometime in the future?

👉 Cast your vote in our poll below, and share your thoughts in the comments! 💬

Enjoying some downtime from studying her craft with some fellow thespians. Jennifer with her Group 31 classmates at Juilliard sometime between 1998-2002. She's so vibrant and youthful here. I wish it was possible to see some of her performances from that time, but sadly they are reserved only for current Juilliard attendees.
