@gymboxofficial, I owe YOU a big apology for my last post - I jumped the gun faster than I do on leg day warm-ups. 🙈 Not only do I owe you an apology, but also a MASSIVE thank you for the shiny new set of Hammer Strength machinery.

Here’s what happened: yesterday, I walked in, ready to crush my workout, and noticed several Hammer Strength machines were missing. 😱 I panicked, asked at reception (where no one had the 411), and then assumed the worst. Turns out, I was totally wrong, and I’m here to own up to it!

Now that I’ve seen the new Hammer Strength leg extension, I’m absolutely over the moon. 🌙💪 Even with the extra Life Fitness machines, I can still smash a full-body workout using only the Hammer Strength range - and that makes me a VERY HAPPY member.

I f★cking LOVE GymBox. I’ve got my membership app in one hand and my protein shake in the other, ready for another 10 years of this incredible gym life. 🔥

PS: GymBox, please forgive me for doubting you. I’ll do an extra 10 pushups as punishment. 😂

What’s your go-to machine at the gym? Let me know in the comments! 👇👇👇

When I first joined GymBox at Covent Garden back in 2014, the extensive range of Hammer Strength equipment was what truly set it apart and made me a proud member. Sure, perks like the sauna and free towels were nice, but for me, the top-tier equipment was the real game-changer. 💪✨

Fast forward to today, and while I see the effort to expand the range of equipment, replacing Hammer Strength with a cheaper alternative like Life Fitness feels like a step backward. 🏋️‍♂️ The biomechanics of Life Fitness machines just don’t compare, and many members feel the same way.

For instance, the Hammer Strength leg extension—an outstanding piece of equipment—has been swapped out for a Life Fitness two-in-one leg curl/leg extension. Unfortunately, this new machine is poorly designed. I can’t adjust the back support for my height, and despite trying to fix it with a cushion, it fails to provide proper support, causing lower back discomfort. 😟

@gymboxofficial, please reconsider this change. Adding new equipment is great, but don’t replace essentials like the Hammer Strength leg extension. It’s a vital piece for so many of us! 🙏

Fellow members, what do you think? Drop your thoughts below and let’s make our voices heard! 👇👇👇
