Roses are red and violets are blue, my god @spiritnroses I’ll miss you!
I’ll be saying bye bye to teaching classes at Spirit n Roses but I’ll never forget the support and love I got from that sexy lil pink box. From taking a chance on a random Aussie girl, to innovating ideas through the pandemic to keep me teaching, to dealing with my rapid changing hair colours and showing me how to walk in pleasers (see the last slide) this studio has given me so much. Thanks to all the regulars and everyone who sweated with me and perhaps I’ll be back in the colder months at a different space so stay tuned…
